Universalism of Tamil culture has been the primary critical factor in the formulation and shaping of the ancient culture of our sub-continent. Like the lotus organically emerging out of the souther turf, it costs its fragrant shade for the culture to develop its substance. Part Two as equal to the unraveling of Vedic Aryan mind in Part One is intended to reveal the universalism of Tamil Mind/Thought as a persuasive fact of Indian Culture.
